These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of supervmade.com and related services offered by supervmade ("we," "us," or "our"), including RC body shell paint commissions. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

supervmade provides:

• Custom commissions — RC body shell paint and livery work submitted through our order flow
• Order tracking — status updates for active commissions using a tracking code

Service availability, pricing, queue times, and run schedules may change. We will communicate material terms for your specific order or run when you submit a request.

Orders, quotes, and payment

• Submitting a commission request does not guarantee acceptance until we confirm the job.
• Quoted prices, timelines, and scope are based on information you provide and may be revised if specs change.
• Payment terms (amount, method, and timing) will be communicated for your order. Late or failed payment may delay or cancel work.

Customer responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes or to submit false information
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Interfere with site security or other users' access
• Resell or misrepresent our work without permission

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and original work product created by supervmade remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You retain rights to reference materials you supply; you grant us a license to use them solely to complete your order. Third-party logos or designs you request must be ones you are allowed to use.

Photos and portfolio

We may photograph finished work for progress updates, our gallery, or marketing unless you ask us not to in writing before completion. Do not share tracking codes publicly if you want your build to remain private.

Shipping and risk

Risk of loss passes to you when we hand items to the carrier unless we agree otherwise. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Inspect packages on delivery and report damage promptly.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RC paint and livery work involves craftsmanship variables; we do not guarantee competition results or exact color matches across materials and lighting.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, supervmade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content or instructions you provide.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of the Philippines, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
